Studio Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shoot date to avoid additional charges.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot date will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a well-organized studio for everyone’s benefit. If you have any questions or need to discuss your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Studio Policy: Setup and Cleanup Time

Please note that all reserved session hours at Concept 21 Studios include both setup and cleanup time. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively, it is essential that sessions are completed and the studio is exited by the end of your allotted reservation time.

We kindly ask that you plan your shoot schedule to account for setup, shooting, and cleanup within the reserved time frame. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient operation for all our clients.

Studio Equipment Policy

At Concept 21 Studios, we strive to provide high-quality equipment and facilities for all our clients. Please be aware of the following policy regarding studio equipment:

• Equipment Responsibility: All equipment provided by the studio is the responsibility of the session occupants during their reserved time.

• Damage Fee: In the event that any equipment is damaged or broken, an immediate fee of $200 will be assessed.
